Clinical Assistant

We are looking for an upbeat Clinical Assistant to add to our #SOtribe!

  • Computer proficient.
  • Experience working in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service.
  • Patient-Focused!
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish is preferred by not required.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Chairside assisting of doctor
  • Untying/tying in of wires
  • Providing instructions to patients/parents
  • Taking of photos/radiographs/intraoral scans
  • Sterilization of instruments
  • Maintain patients’ charts and transcribe the doctor notes accurately
  • Keep bays stocked and organized at all times as well as clean, sterilize, and prepare the equipment before each patient
  • Be receptive to coaching and training from doctor to better develop skill set
  • Provide our patients with an excellent patient experience.
Must-have qualifications:
  • Legally able to work in the United States
  • Comfortable to commute to this job’s location
  • Our ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years experience in the orthodontic or dental field!
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Understanding of Dolphin Systems is a plus but not required.

Treatment Coordinator

As a Treatment Coordinator, you will work closely with patients on various treatment plans, perform regular data entry, and communicate effectively with clients, family members, and the practice team. This role requires flexibility, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and strong prioritization skills for incoming requests.

  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate care plans.
  • Assist with office management tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide patients with clear information about their treatment plans, processes and fees.
  • Accurately document patient progress throughout the treatment process.
  • Manage and organize all paperwork related to treatment plans and procedures.
